Our team will clean up the space, catalog (title, description, photos, etc.) and stage your items. We then publish the cataloged items to several social media platforms, and various estate sales websites. An email will be sent to previous estate sales clients. For privacy purposes, the property location will be published publicly at 9 am on the day of the estate sale. Max sale dates are 3 consecutive days.
Our sales team will locate a third party company interested in purchasing the goods for one set price. The proposed buyout price is based on the highest dollar amount for the items.
We select limited items to be stored in our warehouse to be sold through our website, marketed through other sites and social media.
Chicago Estate Advisors will choose which auction would best serve your company and/or your facility. Once an auction has been chosen, dates will be set, and a contract will be signed. A team will be created for your project and the process will begin.
